Return and Refund Policy

At Landacre Supplies, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Returns


  • Returns are accepted within 30 Days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

  • Certain products (such as personal care items, intimate goods, custom products, or digital downloads) are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons.

2. Return Process


  1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or shipped in error.

3. Refunds


  • After your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 Business Days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges


  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

5. Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:


  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products

  • Items specifically marked as “non-returnable” on the product page
